The inbound telephone system features a 'virtual receptionist' facility capable of handling any number of calls, interactive voicemail, fax, queuing, and call diversion to main office, home or mobile if required. The website contains information including contact details and services. All this helps to ensure our clients' requests are handled in a speedy and professional manner.
