Rogue traders are a national problem. With over 100,000 complaints registered with the office of fair trading alone every year, cowboy builders are the nations number one consumer problem.
Rogue tradesmen don’t just cause problems for the consumer – reputable tradesmen suffer by association with the cowboy traders, as consumers have no idea how to differentiate between honest and dishonest companies.

The National Trade Register is providing an answer through its network of local Home Connect branches, a one-stop- trade shop to help consumer’s select reputable tradesman and companies.
